Counseling for Trauma
Trauma can leave lasting effects long after a difficult experience has ended.
You may find yourself constantly on edge, struggling to trust others, feeling emotionally numb, replaying painful memories, or reacting more intensely than you'd like to situations that remind you of the past. You may know exactly what happened, or you may simply feel stuck and unsure why life feels so difficult.
Trauma can result from many experiences, including abuse, neglect, violence, accidents, medical events, loss, childhood experiences, relationship trauma, or other overwhelming situations. No matter the source of your pain, healing is possible.
